Syracuse Hancock International Airport Hotels

A world-class, international gateway, the Syracuse Hancock International Airport spans nearly 2,000 acres of Central New York. This major transportation and distribution center moves millions of passengers and packages around the world every year.

Originally named Hancock Airport, after New York Congressman Clarence Hancock, the airport was awarded international airport status in 1970, and its name was changed to Syracuse Hancock International Airport. Syracuse Hancock International Airport has repeatedly received awards for excellence in the performance of snow and ice control, keeping airport safety high and airport closures low in spite of northeasterly climate conditions. The airport continues to grow, resulting in lower fares and added destinations.

The airport is surrounded by all of the wonder attractions Syracuse and Onondaga County have to offer, including Syracuse Symphony, OnCenter Complex, Erie Canal Museum, and Carousel Center mall. Syracuse Hancock International Airport customers are served by an excellent assortment of hotels and lodging, many of which offer Park & Fly accommodations.
